· Graduated from Hayward State university earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies.

 · Active in the real estate industry since 1994; 6 years with UDC/ Shea Homes in Rossmoor; over 20 years with Empire Realty Associates, Pacific Union and Compass in Danville.

· Licensed REALTOR since 1999.

· Independent Real Estate Transaction Coordinator since 2005.

· Partnered with Scott at Rossmoor Realty/JHR Real Estate Group in 2024.

On a personal level, Scott and Kim enjoy traveling to the Wine Country and Paso Robles discovering new wines, working out at Orangetheory and spending time with their three children and two grandchildren.
